Electronics Day Friday

We have been keeping track of compliments the class earns through good behavior, both individually and as a class.  We just reached our 25 point goal today.  They voted for an “Electronics Day” party.  Friday, after we finish some of our work Friday, we will have an electronics Show-and-Tell.  Then they will be able to play with their electronic device they brought.

I told them that I am not comfortable with them bringing really expensive electronic devices like X-Box, Wii, etc. to school since them could possibly be stolen (not likely, but still possible).  That is up to your best judgment, since you bought it.  Hand-held devices are fine.

Episode 23 – Charolette’s Web

This year we read the book Charlotte’s Web.  We summarized the chapters as we went and then picked out the most important for a summary of the whole book.  We then turned those chapters into readers theater plays that we recorded.  Due to technical difficulties we start with chapter 2 instead of chapter 1.  Now, for you enjoyment, we bring you our version of Charlotte’s Web.

Mean Jean Play

I recorded a play our class performed at lunch earlier this year.  I finally got it converted an put together.  So here is our performance of Mean Jean.
