We’re preparing for the MAP test in Communication Arts and Math that will come in mid-April.  You have already seen the Buckle Down Math book that does a good job in preparing for the MAP in Math.  Our class is piloting a different book, called Treasures, than the Buckle Down in Communication Arts.  Both have their strengths and we may end up using both.

In sand, fiddler crabs have no problem digging burrows.

We have adopted out all our fidder crabs.  Here are links to sites that I found that tell you how to care for fiddler crabs.  Basically sand and salt water.  We fed them dried plankton.  You can find the supplies you need at a pet store or pet department of a store.
