Digital Storytelling tools

Make Beliefs comix! – Created by a kids cartoonist who wanted to give kids a place to make their own comics and tell their own stories with characters.
Sketchcast – Sketch your own story, then you can record it with your voice to tell it.

Tell your story with your voice as.  Choose pictures for your slideshow, upload, then record your voice.  Others can their voices to collaborate on your pictures or just to comment on them.
