Marv Dahmen visited our school earlier this year. He told us about the most unusual residents of ancient Carl Junction. Two complete mammoth skeletons were discovered in Carl Junction just after the turn of the 20th century. They were exibited at the Worlds Fair in St. Louis. Afterwards they mysteriously disappeared.
